Re: Problems loggin in to Xchange 2
I started this post. It took 10 days for me to get back on line. If people are still having problems getting in, I am wondering when it is going to happen again. It was also 10 days before I could get...

I'm the opposite. I always use the arm-strap regardless what brand I'm using. It doesn't have to be tight, but it makes the detector more of an extension of my arm instead of something I'm holding in...

I was hunting an older sports field today and the CTX was running around 21 in Auto+3. I came across an iffy choppy signal at 7". I new I was going to dig it but wanted to see what it sounded like if...

What made you stop at 26? Did you try messing with the noise cancel? Try manually setting it to 11 and compare. I think 11 is wide open and it closes down in freq response as you go lower.

I don't think the CTX would be a good choice there is to much to learn , it took me a good year of use to fill good about using it.
View ArticleRe: ADD and the Minicab
Well the CTX is definitely high end. But you could absolutely use it as a turn on and go detector using some of the preloaded settings. Especially since you have had explorers before there wouldn't be...

I think the CTX would be ideal. Buy from a small trusted dealer that has used one extensively and developed good programs that he would be willingly to preprogram for you. You could have a Beach, ALA...
