Re: WORLDS LIGHTES RING

Minelab,

I have to agree with Jamesbond on this one. Every gold ring I have found has hit 12/9 down to 12/04.
I have a slew of gold, silver, and sterling rings here I did tests on. My detector at 12/15 has been 100%
pull tabs. However, my Shriner's ring, my high school and my wife's high school ring both hit (hers 12/24
mine 12/29). Honestly I rarely get a 12/04 to 09, beyond that, 12/10 thru 12/14 is usually a nickel. Buddy
you may be missing some small gold rings or gold bands at those lower numbers. I would have believed
what you have up there hitting where you say it did would have been a gold plated ring due to the thickness
of the band. The tests I did on this collection of rings my wife has and the ones I found is that when it has a
very thin band it is going to hit 12/04 to 12/06. A nice relatively thick ladies diamond wedding band usually
comes up at 12/06 to 12/12. From that point, with the ones I had on hand to test, the thicker mens bands hit
at 12/21 up to like 12/24. The graduation rings and college rings from 12/28 to 12/29. That was just a very
long and detailed test I did. The results I got with them in the ground at 4" usually brought the conductive
number down by about 2 to 4 digits.

ABSOLUTELY ALMOST ALL 12/5 12/6'S ARE BEAVER TAILS THOUGH, but I digem. Pull tabs almost always
12/15. Hope this helps. HH Glenn
