Just got off the phone with Minelab, I do have a defective headphone module that has to be replaced. Unfortunately they will not send me a new one until I send the old one in. I use a periscope probe I'll be unable to use the machine until I get a new module.
Interesting. When I had a problem with the Koss30's plug shorting out, they sent me a new set No Questions Asked and told me to keep the old ones.
