anyone know of any revishions for the 2016 models?

ive read the underwater headphones dont really work for these without modding it.
i was courious if they where expecting to resolve this issue.
another question.does this or any detector do well descrimnating out lead weights?
or are they distingt anough sounding to pick up with a obvious number or tone?
